Authorities in Kitsap County, Washington say that from November 2001 to January 2002, David Morgan molested a 9-year old girl. The victim recounted being molested five to six times a week. Authorities also determined that he was involved with child pornography on his computer as well. David had been sentenced to 68 months but fled before he would have had to serve that sentence.

Thoughts? 15 years is way, way too long for a convicted child molester like David Kenneth Morgan to be on the run for. Sadly during this time it's almost certain that he's victimized more children if he's gotten the opportunity, these fugitives don't stop this type of behaviour.
