Mario Ramirez Trevino, a leader in the Mexican drug-trafficking Gulf cartel, has been arrested in the Mexican town of Rio Bravo. I don't think he has ever been profiled on AMW, but figured since this has made national media, it was significant enough to mention in this forum:
