2007 Homicide Victim
On January 28, 2007, at approximately 7:35 p.m., Kevin Byron Evans Jr. was found murdered in front of his home in the unit-block of Old Coach Lane 21117, in Franklin Precinct 3.
Kevin Evans Jr. was 17 years old when he was found suffering from multiple gunshot wounds at his residence. He was transported by ambulance to Northwest Hospital Center where he later died from his injuries. Detectives continue the investigation in this crime, however there are currently no suspects or motive in his murder.

Thoughts? There's unfortunately not a lot to work with here but I don't want to see the murder of a young man who had his whole life ahead of him go unsolved so I decided to place the case on the website.
