Following is from Newslibrary archives: Is wanted in Gwinnett County in the slaying of Lorenzo Hernandez, who was shot to death in the parking lot of the Brookhollow apartments in Norcross on May 4, 1991. He is a native of El Salvador and speaks little English.
Additionally according to Gwinnett Daily Post, there were two witnesses who identified Oscar Hernandez as Lorenzo's killer.
Based on crime location, it is advised to contact the Gwinnett County Sheriff's Office at 770-619-6500 if you have any information on the whereabouts of Oscar Hernandez.

Thoughts? Some back story, back from 1992-1998, the Atlanta Journal-Constitution did a weekly feature of four fugitives wanted by the FBI. During that time, Oscar Hernandez was one of those fugitives featured according to an archive search by Newslibrary. Google searching the brief details of this case brought me to a 2015 article about fugitives wanted for murder in Gwinnett County, Georgia. Among those fugitives, is FBI featured fugitive Daniel Suh as well.
As for Oscar Hernandez's whereabouts, I fear that he's been hiding out in El Salvador for most if not all of the past 26 years. He would be 66-years old so it's quite possible that he's still alive, it's just going to take someone recognizing him in El Salvador, which appears to be a needle in a haystack situation.
