It's been eight years since 33-year-old Brenda Wyatt was killed in Delano.
The coroner's report said that she was walking near Fremont Avenue, just north of Garces Highway. She was hit by Pedro Sanchez and transported to Delano Regional Medical Center where she died form her injuries.
Eight years later, Sanchez is still on the loose.
Her mother, Lorie, wants closure and hopes that Sanchez can be found soon.
23ABC News spoke with the Delano Police Department who says they're still actively searching for Sanchez and say its also possible he fled the country.

Thoughts? Please keep in mind I am only approximating Sanche'z age to be around 29 as of this posting date (3/21/2017), because I found a 2014 article which referenced him as 26.
