In August of 1999, 16-year old Jorge Torres-Reyes had been "jumped out" of a local gang in Carson City, Nevada for failing to qualify for the gang's criminal activities. Later that month, Jorge and his associates came across members of the gang, including Clint Jacobo. Jorge and another 16-year old, Usiel Gayosso then shot Clint and three of his fellow gang members after being called a word that was interpreted as "sissy". Clint later died from his injuries.
Based on crime location, it is advised to contact the Carson City Sheriff's Department at 775-887-2500 if you have information on the whereabouts of either Jorge Torres-Reyes or Usiel Gayosso.

Thoughts? My biggest fear regarding these two is that at the age of 16, they were allegedly willing to shoot a total of four people over this ongoing gang dispute. I originally learned about this case late last year from the Carson City Most Wanted page, however that link doesn't exist from what I could find anymore. Luckily there was an archived FBI wanted poster from 2007 through web.archive.org on these two.
