Canada wide warrant – Second degree murder Richard Joseph Lacarte is wanted on a Canada-wide warrant in connection with the March 2014 murder of Demetrios Karahalios in Edmonton, Alberta. Lacarte - who was known to Karahalios - has led a ‘drifter’ lifestyle and has been known to work as a roofer to support himself. It is believed Lacarte may have changed his appearance and/or assumed a new identity to elude authorities. Additionally, according to local news reports, Richard is known to frequent LGBTQ bars and clubs to play pool and sing karaoke. --Thoughts? I couldn't find anything on a motive for as to why Demetrios was killed so if that ever gets publicized then feel free to inform us about it. There are a lot of excellent clues in regards to recongizing Richard. Not only to see if anyone recognizes Lacarte, but at the very least to also warn the patrons about this guy. |

As of June 14th, 2018, Lacarte is still on the Edmonton police website as a wanted fugitive (same link as in HeadMarshal's OP).
