Victor is known to be arrogant, headstrong and pushy. He is also known to be a drug dealer. It is believed that he may now shave his head and he may have gained weight. He may also now have a thick mustache. After the murder he fled to Mexico where he remains a fugitive from justice. It is believed that he fled to Chilapa, Municipio Rosa Morada, Nayarit, Mexico. An outstanding warrant for his arrest is still in effect.
On January 28, 1987, the victim and the suspect had an altercation regarding the suspect dealing drugs at the apartment complex. Witnesses at the scene said that the suspect called the victim to the side of the house from an adjoining yard. The witnesses then heard gunshots and found the victim next to the fence with gunshot wounds. He later died from those wounds.

Thoughts? One of the issues in locating Victor is that the only photo we have of him is of really poor quality. We also don't know his exact age but he would most likely be in his 50s today. I checked and the community he's from in Nayarit, Mexico only has around 1800 people, so I don't know if he would have traveled elsewhere within Mexico since then.
