 Photo Credits: NJ.com -- On February 7, 1994, someone was either let into the residence of Barbara Waterman or entered the residence with the key. Once inside, the individual shot Barbara to death, along with her children, 4-year old Bianca Wilson and 14-year old Felicia Council. The bodies were discovered later in the afternoon by Barbara's boyfriend. Authorities have only received one tip on this murder as of 2016. --Thoughts? It is troubling that only one tip has been received in over 20 years on this triple homicide. Hopefully someone can come forward with new information, especially since two children are among the murder victims.
