(Above photo credit: crimewatchdaily.com via wxyz) From crimewatchdaily.com (via WXYZ): DETROIT -- (WXYZ) -- The reward just topped $100,000 in the murder of Wayne State University police officer Collin Rose. Crime Stoppers is now offering a cash reward of $22,500 for information that leads to an arrest in the case. The previous reward supported by Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms and Detroit police was $82,500. That brings the total to $105,000. Officer Rose was shot November 22, 2016 near Wayne State. It happened at Brainard and Lincoln. That's near Martin Luther King Boulevard and Trumbull in Detroit's Woodbridge neighborhood. He was shot in the head when he stopped to investigate a man on a blue mountain bike. Anyone with information can make an anonymous call to Crime Stoppers at (800) SPEAK-UP.

This case has not aired on Crime Watch Daily yet but I'm still placing the murder of Sgt. Collin Rose in the Unsolved on TV section since the show posted a link to a local news article on their national website. From what I read there was am initial arrest but that man was released and is no longer considered a suspect. There's also a new recent article which shows the surveillance video of the believed actual killer: www.fox2detroit.com/news/local-news/239438320-storyAdmin Note: If you have any (news-related) updates on this case, please contact us here: amwfans.com/thread/1662/website-contact-form

Durham was indeed e eventually arrested and charged with Sgt. Rose's murder. However, in February 2018, he was deemed mentally incompetent to stand trial.
