His accomplices have spoken to investigators I assume as they are currently in custody, so if an addition to the Top Ten reveals more info and motive, then we've basically answered one question. But yes I think Castillo would be appropriate and would make headlines being a "teen murder suspect"

Just because the alleged accomplices were caught doesn't mean they talked. If they were smart, they asked for a lawyer when arrested, and it's a matter of hoping they weren't smart.
I would agree being a teen murder suspect would be a good angle for publicity reasons. He'd fit the "public tips can help catch" criteria when it comes to the top 10 list (it's not always worst of the worst but who the agency feels publicity would help capture as well).

Just wanted to remind everyone that Castillo has been on the run for about a year now and still no sign of him.
Does he still count as a recent Fugitive?

Okay just needed to clear that up. But nearly a year ago they were all declared missing and I'm curious to know where he's been and what he's been doing since all of his accomplices are in custody. The most recent was in March of this year so I realize this case is still recent (federal warrant was issued in Feb 2017) |

I guess it's still possible he's somewhere around that area but it does sound like he's likely in Mexico.

Castillo officially added and some more details according to FBI blog, Sandra Le was Castillo's ex-girlfriend and she supposedly owed money. He had her take money out an ATM while meeting her before allegedly conspiring with his girlfriend to kill her. So in addition to the news he's added, it seems the motive was possible monetary, all over such a relatively small amount of money in the grand scheme of things. Hopefully this helps to find him. That’s also what I’m wondering, he was 17 at the time of the Murder but for sure he’s the youngest of the bunch

At 18, we can at least say he's in all likelihood one of the youngest fugitives to ever make the list even if not the youngest one.
