He was aired on AMW three times from 2007 to 2009. On Nov 9, 2007, 24-year old Kyle and and his friends attended a bar in Charlotte, North Carolina. Surveillance cameras showed that Kyle left the bar alone at 2:20 am and got into a cab. The last time he used his cellphone was at 3:30 am to call his roommate and sister. The last confirmed sighting was at 2:30 am when Kyle ordered pizza at a local restaurant. At the time of his disappearance he wasn't having any personal or financial problems, although his mother was undergoing treatment for breast cancer. He did however call his father's office 4 times in eight minutes for whatever reason. This case however gets weird when the ATF (Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco & Firearms) got involved, they normally investigate biker gangs, drug trafficking and other illicit types of organized crime. In 2009, federal authorities searched a local property but didn't find Kyle's remains. A local resident however mentioned that a large amount of dirt had been previously removed and the remains could have been lost. An explanation was never given as to why federal authorities took over the case. It should noted that several notorious gangs are active in the Charlotte area, including MS-13 which has been previously investigated by the ATF. Despite the last confirmed sighting of Kyle being at a pizza restaurant, part of me wonders if the ATF got intelligence or an informant coming forward and saying that Kyle was killed by say MS-13 for whatever reason. I've also read that Kyle was drunk after he left the bar. It's possible that Kyle said something or made a gesture to a MS-13 member that was taken as an insult and things went completely downhill from there. I think when a victim is inebriated, usually tragically dying by accident is an avenue to explore. But in this case, it seems obvious Fleischman ran into foul play. It seems he was in mainly city and residential areas. No rivers to fall into or anything like that.
I don't feel that he ticked off an MS-13 member is a possibiliy, but I can see a situation where a gang member took advantage of his intoxication to rob and/or kill him. Or anyone, gang member or not, could have took advantage of his intoxication to rob and/or kill him.

Found this article that says a local woman at the time of Kyle's disappearance said that she smelled something terrible (like rotting flesh) at a nearby construction site. Putting his body in a construction pile is downright sloppy, so I do not think that there was any major criminal or gang involvement here, as they would surely play it smarter than that. There was a chance meeting that resulted in a fight. He was beaten or stabbed (no gunshots were heard) to death and these guys are damn lucky they haven't been taken in!

OK a few updates from Crime Watch Daily:
-Kyle was talking to a girl at the bar the night he disappeared. There are reports of a possible heated discussion between him and two men later on.
-Kyle left his jacket with credit cards at the bar.
-After trying to call multiple people, his dad, sister, and best friend- for whatever reasons- Kyle was believed to be headed towards Cordelia Park in Charlotte- a breeding ground for MS-13 gang activity and drug dealers.
-A husband and wife's search and rescue company's dogs trace Kyle's scent from the jacket and confirm he was at Cordelia Park. They also track his scent to a construction site 200 years away which the wife says "smelled like death." However- neither the company's dogs nor police dogs find Kyle at the construction site- and if he was buried there- his remains will likely never be recovered since an apartment complex was built on top of it.
-A homeless man told the husband and wife team Kyle was killed at Cordelia Park.
My theory- Kyle was calling people to try to get a ride home- he may not have had much cash on him- he apparently spent a lot of it at the bar/pizza place. For whatever reason he wound up in Cordelia Park- whether it be his inebriated state- getting lost and trying to walk somewhere or whatever. A person or persons- MS-13 member, drug dealer or otherwise, decided to rob him. They got pissed off he didn't have much cash on him and no credit cards- and it pretty much went downhill from there.
P.S.- Another theory, it's not said who the men at the bar were or a physical description. Perhaps those two guys were MS-13 members and he had a chance encounter at the park with them- but Crime Watch Daily didn't say whether the men at the bar he possibly argued with were Hispanic or not. (Only mentioning this since MS-13 gang members are Hispanic)
Anyway, these are just a few theories of mine. I'll upload the Crime Watch Daily segment when it's uploaded.
