Photo Credits: Newspapers.com Date of Birth:06/05/1974 Race:BLACK Sex:MALE Height:5' 08" Weight:150 Hair Color:BLACK Eyes Color:BROWN -- On April 17, 1998, Walvans "Little Judge" William and Memre Honore were arguing over a woman. Fort Lauderdale authorities say that as a result, Walvans shot Memre to death. Walvans fled the scene and was last known to be working as a cab driver. Based on crime location, it is advised to contact the Broward County Sheriff's Office at (954) 493-TIPS if you have any information on Walvans William's whereabouts.

I originally saw Walvans William's picture on the Broward County Most Wanted page but that entire section of their site seems to be down at the moment, thankfully I had the picture and case summary from Newspapers.com to post. As for Walvans's whereabouts, I'm rather surprised he's been on the run for this long unless he fled to the Caribbean. pas.fdle.state.fl.us/pas/person/viewWantedPerson-328160.a

If Walvans is working as a cab driver it will be very easy for him to stay under the radar even in the U.S. Somewhat similar to how some people think Yaser Said may still here and driving a cab.

As of today, April 22, 2022, William still has a listed homicide warrant in Florida's statewide warrants database.
A search of PACER records shows that an UFAP (Unlawful Flight To Avoid Prosecution) warrant was issued in 2000. This was done after a confidential informant as well as a Crime Stoppers tipster said that William had fled to New York City. The UFAP warrant was dismissed in 2016 because of the age of the case as well as there being no investigative leads or activities pending.
Based on this, it seems like William may have been working as a cab driver in New York City all this time. I feel there was a missed opportunity to publicize this case on a national level in the early-mid 2000s.
