On September 30, 2006, Juan Garcia was driving while intoxicated with his girlfriend in his car. He veered off the road and went airborne over a drainage ditch, crashing his vehicle into a pole. His girlfriend was killed upon impact and Juan was transported to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries. Juan was uncooperative from the start with investigators and left the hospital, never to be seen again. He was then issued an arrest warrant for Intoxicated Manslaughter With A Vehicle.
Based on investigating agencies, it is advised to contact either the El Paso County Sheriff’s Office at 546-2280 or Crime Stoppers of El Paso at 566-TIPS (8477) if you have any information on Juan Garcia's whereabouts.

Thoughts? Just recently the El Paso County Sheriff's Office in Texas updated their Most Wanted list to indicate who on the list had since been captured and who is still at large. Juan Garcia is one of those still at large fugitives. You have the responsibility when driving to never operate a motor vehicle while intoxicate, not only for the safety of other motorists and pedestrians but for your passengers as well. Juan did not abide by that and as a result, the person who loved him was killed because of those actions. As far as location goes, some possible locations were mentioned to include Canutillo, Texas which is near El Paso, along with Southern New Mexico and Juarez, Mexico.
