BOSTON —
The public is being asked to be on the lookout for Wes Doughty in connection with a double murder in Peabody, Essex District Attorney Jonathan W. Blodgett said.
Doughty, 39, should be considered armed and dangerous and should not be approached, investigators said.
Jennifer O'Connor and Mark Greenlaw were found dead Saturday night inside a home on Farm Avenue in Peabody.
If anyone sees Doughty or knows his whereabouts, they are asked to contact 911 or the Massachusetts State Police at 1-800-KAPTURE (1-800-527-8873) immediately.
Michael Hebb was arraigned Tuesday on two counts of first-degree murder and held without bail.
So far, no motive has been released by investigators.
Investigators said the crime scene was so gruesome that initially they did not know how many bodies were in the house. Investigators used X-ray equipment from the State Fire Marshal's office to determine the number of victims.
Edward O'Connor, the father of Jennifer O'Connor said he has no idea what led to the murder of his daughter and her boyfriend. "She had some drug issues, and alcohol issues and at the end, she got involved with the wrong people," he said.
Mike Espinosa says he last saw Greenlaw, his lifelong friend, just 45 minutes before the murder. "The last words we said was, 'I love you.' He gave me a kiss on the cheek. That's how we were. We were like brothers ever since we were little kids."
Police said they have previously been called to the address several times.
"We have been here a number of times for all kinds of incidents. It would not be fair to characterize them in any one particular way," Peabody Police Chief Thomas Griffin said.

Thoughts? There is still a lack of information as to motive and also exactly how O'Connor and Greenlaw had been killed- although other articles state they had been shot and their bodies had been found wrapped in plastic and rugs in their basement.

Whatever O'Connor and Greenlaw did or didn't do in their private lives, no one deserves to die the way they did. While I'm not from anywhere near Peabody, based on it being a suburban town this is probably one of the worst if not the worst and most gruesome murders in its' history. Wes Doughty was allegedly a participant, and he is extremely dangerous until he's caught.
