Case
Details: Kristie Gunderson Lee was found murdered in her home. She had been struck on the head, and then strangled to death. Robbery was ruled out as a motive after discovering that nothing was missing from the house. Her husband, Jeff, was quickly ruled out a suspect, but suspicion soon fell on his parents, Kay and Joe Petrallia, who had reportedly found Kristie's body. However, the two refused to take a polygraph test and proclaimed their innocence.
Suspects: Jeff and his parents have been suspects in Kristie's murder. Some also suspected that the murder might have been due to Jeff's past drug habits.
Extra Notes: This case first aired on the April 25, 1997 episode.

Thoughts? As far as I know, Kristi's murder has never been aired on America's Most Wanted but her case is being placed in the Unsolved on tv section since, as noted above, it has aired in Unsolved Mysteries.
