On Nov 23, 2013, Nathan Gervais and several other people were at a Calgary, Alberta nightclub when they got into an altercation with Lukas Strasser-Hird. That argument spilled out outside the nightclub when Nathan and approximately 11 other people came to kick Lukas on his face and body. Once they were done the first assault, some of the assailants came back to further beat Lukas, killing him. Lukas's friend tried to restrain some of the attackers, but there were too many to contend with. The attackers were arrested, but Nathan was not at home when police came to check on him on April 16, 2016 and a warrant was issued for his arrest.

Thoughts? Up here in Canada, we have our fair share of very violent fugitives and Nathan Paul Gervais is certainly no exception. Even though Lukas was murdered by several people, I fear for Nathan's re-offending possibility even if he's living by himself. I don't think he's going to be a hard fugitive to locate, there just has to be more publicity in case he fled the province of Alberta to somewhere else in Canada or even across the border to the US.
