"ALBUQUERQUE — The U.S. Marshals added five more violent offenders to the New Mexico's Most Wanted list.
Pedro Perez Najera and his brother Jaun Pablo Perez-Najera are wanted for the murder of Leo Padilla, which happened in December of 2008. Padilla was bludgeoned to death with a blunt object and left to the elements at his property in Tajique, New Mexico. The brothers are the primary suspects in the case. They worked for Padilla, but were given that day off. According to the information received, they went to work and are believed to have had an altercation with Padilla, who was then hit in the back of the head and left in a pool of his own blood in a light snow storm.
The two brothers returned home to Albuquerque and were reportedly acting strange. They made some statements that they had kicked "Chilongo's ass" and needed to get out of town quickly. Before they left Albuquerque, the brothers discarded their clothes in a dumpster of an apartment complex they were staying at. They were driven to Phoenix, Arizona."

Thoughts? The above article mentions both Perez-Najera brothers being added to the NM Most Wanted list, however, only Pedro has a picture and profile on the US Marshals website (perhaps there is no photo or information available for Juan Pablo, I have no idea):
