Vizcaino is alleged to have used a handgun during a disturbance at the Monaville Bar in 2009. During the incident, three persons were shot and were treated for their injuries. Vizcaino is currently on the loose and has been indicted for three counts of Aggravated Assault. No Bond is set at this time.

Thoughts? No other available information aside from what was on the Sheriff's website so any information on his age, height, weight, etc. would also be appreciated. We are thankful that none of the three victims died from their gunshot wounds, however the intent to kill up to three people was there that night. Agustin needs to be apprehended as soon as possible as his next victim(s) may not survive their gunshot wounds.
