On December 23, 2015, a 15-year old girl was walking down the street in Kenosha, Wisconsin when Feeonquay Jenkins and his accomplice, Charles Donnell pulled up to her in a vehicle. They convinced her to get into their car where they gave her a drink laced with a pill. She then blacked out where Feeonquay and Charles raped her. Three days later, the two rapists were arrested but Feeonquay jumped bail in July of 2016 and fled. Additionally, Feeonquay Jenkins is wanted out of Sheboygan, Wisconsin for human trafficking, strangulation and substantial battery.
Based on investigating agencies, it is advised to contact the Sheboygan Police Department at (920) 459-3333 if you have any information on Feeonquay Jenkins's whereabouts.

Thoughts? As of February 14, 2017, the Wisconsin Criminal Court search still shows the case status as "complaint with warrant filed" which means Feeonquay is still at large. I am unfortunately certain that Feeonquay is still either raping teenage girls, forcing them into human trafficking or doing both of those horrible things right now. He really needs to be caught since he has shown in his 25-years that he will not stop this type of criminal behaviour unless he's in jail.
