The motorcyclist, Bill Hudson died at a local hospital while Timoteo fled the scene without giving any aid. The car was later located at Timoteo's residence, but he had already fled the local area. --Thoughts? Not much to work with in this case but according to the 2007 article, Timoteo is a native of Mexico so he most likely fled back there. As we've seen with other cases, the best we can hope for is for Mexico to arrest Timoteo and prosecute him for vehicular manslaughter in their country. Hopefully he can still he found after all these years. |

There is no longer an online most wanted ftir the Decatur Alabama Police Department although I'm assuming Juarez is still at large as of this posting date since I haven't read anything stating otherwise.
If anyone has any updates/proof-of-updates one way or the other, however, they can always feel free to let us know.
