Friend charged in murder
A teen-ager has been charged with murder in the shooting of a friend. Jose Omar Carcamo, 18, who remained at large, is accused of shooting Manuel Hernandez, 17, outside an apartment in the 5800 block of Dashwood on Monday. Witnesses said Carcamo put a gun to the back of Hernandez's head and pulled the trigger, but that they believe Carcamo was playing with the gun and it discharged accidentally.

Thoughts? I got the original article through Newslibrary and thanks to the article being so short, I didn't have to pay $4 CDN to access the entire piece.
We see occasionally people playing with guns and thinking that they won't kill anyone when the gun is loaded, well Jose Carcamo is going to have to face murder charges when caught as result of that stupidity. Manuel Hernandez's death was certainly no accident.
