Facts of Crime: On November 22, 1995, Lujan was involved in a fight with the victim at a family party.
The victim left the party and was walking home with his girlfriend when Lujan then left the party with his
girlfriend. Lujan drove in the direction in which the victim was walking and then ran the victim over
killing him. Lujan fled to the Los Angeles area after the killing. On September 3, 2009, a DMV fingerprint
comparison was made on Martin Juan Gonzalez (DOB: 5/27/76) with CDL#B7320996 with that of prior
booking prints for Lujan and they matched. It is believed that Lujan assumed the name of Martin Juan
Gonzalez to evade capture.

Thoughts? Based on the Department of Motor Vehicles entry through the alias of Martin Juan Gonzalez, it sounds like Armando could still be hiding out in the US. Mexico is still a reported possibility as well, so I would advise people on both sides of the border region to look out especially for this fugitive.
