After she was found shot to death, police found Vazquez at a nearby hospital after he allegedly tried to kill himself by taking an overdose of medications and crashing Martha’s car. Police tried to interview him but he refused to answer any questions. I guess my main question is whether Joaquin is still considered to be a suicide risk, of if he only attempted it in the heat of the moment after killing Martha. I imagine he's probably still alive and hiding out somewhere in Mexico.

As of June 9th, 2018, Brambila-Vasquez is still on the website for the city of Tucson as of their police department's most wanted fugitives. (Same link as in the OP).
