He gave her tequila and another drink with alcohol in it, causing the teenager to get sick and vomit while in a bed. While she was throwing up, Joel twice came into her room and sexually assaulted her. Joel was brought to trial and in August of 2013, he plead guilty to the crime. However he fled after the guilty plea. Based on investigating agencies, it is advised to contact the Northampton County Sheriff's Department at 610-829-6520 if you have any information on Joel Perez-Rosario's whereabouts.

It is repulsive to commit any sex crime against a child, even worse when the victim is very sick and is unable to defend themselves. That was most likely Joel's plan from the beginning that night.
