Description:

Thoughts? A slightly more detailed press release (although for some reason it gives a different date of birth 7-23-1971) says the alleged asphyxiation happened after an alleged argument. Garcia fled the house and was arrested a short time later, but obviously he was somehow apparently allowed to post bond. And of course he fled.
