Thoughts? To give a little more detail I found an old article saying that the victim was killed over a drug dispute. David Rios initially went on the run as well for this murder but was captured in 2005 in Lebanon, Pennsylvania: archive.boston.com/news/local/rhode_island/articles/2005/01/10/arrest_made_5_years_after_ri_slaying/
