History: Cabrera shot and killed Nairobi Acosta on November 4, 2007 as he exited an after hours party at 76 Baxter Street, Providence, Rhode Island. Cabrera also shot and wounded Claudio Nieves, who was standing outside the residence.

Thoughts? Also, I found an article which says Cabrera was allegedly upset because he wasn't let into an afterhours party.
