Miscellaneous: Fernando Garcia has a wanted for a murder committed on January 26, 2008. Garcia and his accomplice murdered the victim because he was wearing red clothing and they assumed he was from a rival gang. Garcia is considered armed and dangerous and may have fled to Mexico.

Thoughts? It is pretty sad when it appears here it was an innocent victim who simply made the "mistake" of wearing the wrong color shirt. According to the expanded article, Garcia may have fled to Mexico. He was 24 at the time of the shooting.
