Carlos Ordonez Pacheco is wanted on a charge of Sex Abuse in the First Degree. In September 2009, a brave little girl came forward to report that she had been sexually abused by Ordonez Pacheco several years earlier. At the time, he lived in an apartment complex on Roethe Road, although his current whereabouts are unknown.
Ordonez Pacheo is 55 years of age. He is Hispanic, stands 5-foot-4 and weighs 145 pounds. He has brown eyes and black hair.

Thoughts? Once again kudos to the Sheriff's Office in Clackamas County, Oregon for the detailed listing of wanted fugitives for us to profile. Seven years is way too long for any child predator to be at large, so hopefully someone can help law enforcement locate and apprehend Carlos before he harms another child.
