The suspect, who was a family friend, showed the 15-year-old victim child pornography. The suspect sexually molested the victim at the suspect’s residence and on field trips for a period of six years. The suspect is believed to be living near Munich, Germany.

Thoughts? I am not 100% certain that 2001 was the year that Norbert became a fugitive, that was just a reference by the Los Angeles Police Department based on Norbert's age at the time of the crime. Regardless, Norbert needs to spend what would be rest of his natural life in jail on child molestation charges. The issue is that if he is in Germany, he may not be in the best of health to return to the United States. If that's the case, hopefully Germany would be open to putting him on trial in their country.
