In 1994, two inmates were at Ozaukee County jail in Wisconsin. John Warda was awaiting sentencing for his involvement in a major cocaine trafficking ring, while Amaedo Landa was awaiting sentencing for kidnapping and sexual assault. A guard smuggled a hacksaw blade which the two inmates used to break out of their cell and escape on August 31, 1994. According to news reports through Newslibrary, the case was scheduled to air on America's Most Wanted for the October 8, 1994 broadcast.
In January 1995, John Warda was apprehended in Colima, Mexico. Amadeo Landa is still at large.

Thoughts? I never saw Amadeo Landa's name on the Master List we received in 2015, but I can go ahead and assume he was aired as a breaking news case on Oct 8, 1994. Unfortunately, there wasn't much in the way of further followup by AMW in subsequent years. Since John Warda was caught in Mexico, Amadeo most likely fled there as well.
