From the Michigan State Police website:
The Michigan State Police (MSP) is seeking the public’s assistance in identifying further information related to the shooting of 31-year-old Alexandra Brueger that occurred on Saturday, July 30, 2016, at approximately 2 p.m., in the vicinity of 11240 Fish Lake Road in Holly, Mich.
While investigators have received a great deal of initial support from the public, we are continuing to request information related to the person responsible for this incident or those who might have knowledge of the individual responsible for this tragic incident.
Brueger was loved by family and friends and is greatly missed by all who knew her. She was a nurse at a local hospital who unselfishly cared for others in need, positively impacting the lives of many in the area.
Information about suspicious persons or unusual vehicles in the area of Fish Lake Road could be extremely important to investigators. Even if you think your information is insignificant, or that someone else may have already reported what you know, we encourage you to contact investigators.
Additionally, we are asking for the public’s assistance in identifying possible suspects through change of behavior patterns. Individuals involved in a violent act often exhibit noticeable behavior changes after the commission of a crime. The following are possible indicators that may be observed:
Acting oddly or out of their normal character since this incident happened.
Showing signs of internal distress, such as anxiety, nervousness, or irritability.
An unexplained or stress induced illness.
An above average interest in this incident.
Has become more reclusive and anti-social.
Has not shown up for work or missed regularly attended gatherings or meetings.
Has unexpectedly changed their appearance.
No longer utilizes a vehicle or has excessively cleaned the interior/exterior of the vehicle.
Has started or increased a consumption of cigarettes, alcohol and/or drugs.
Unexpected or last minute travel; departed area without reason and/or destination.
Investigators believe that someone may recognize some of these behavioral changes in a family member, co-worker, neighbor or friend. If you do, please call one of the below tip lines:

Thoughts? Alexandra (articles say she was known as Ally to friends and family) was said to be jogging when she was murdered. I'm placing Ally's case in the Unsolved on TV section because the syndicated crime show Crime Watch Daily briefly mentioned her on their November 9th, 2016 episode. The show was about a series of seemingly random attacks (but how random they are is now being questioned) on female joggers throughout the country in 2016, specifically the deaths of Karina Vetrano in New York, Vanessa Marcotte in Massachusetts, and the bizarre case of Sherry Papini, a jogger who was abducted in Shasta County, California then later found alive. (More women have mysteriously disappeared from the same area where Papini was allegedly abducted):

I guess the question in all these attacks is if they're just coincidences or something more. Ally Brueger's case though is the one we're focusing on for this thread. And her case is especially sad since she seemed so beloved and full of life according to the articles, only to be murdered for what appears to be no reason whatsoever. Is this some deranged lunatic, and/or a serial killer? I fear if this isn't a serial killer, then whoever it is will soon become one if they aren't caught and brought to justice for Ally's murder.
