Peng Victor Li is wanted on a Canada-Wide Warrant for First Degree Murder in connection to a beating death of a Markham Ontario teenager. Li has connections in British Columbia and in China and is believed to be using a passport in his alias name: Hao Lu.

Thoughts? Li is my Canadian case of the month for January 2017. For those needing a little more information this is in relation to a 2007 incident at a karaoke bar in which 19 year-old Long "Owen" Sha and a friend was confronted by seven men who they were meeting in a private room. Two of the men had handguns. It is not known what the motive was according to the article I found, only that robbery was not the motive and Sha was targeted. Five of the men were arrested while Li is of course still at large. The 2010 article mentions an unknown 20 year-old man who was also wanted.
