I tried to look up to see if any other information was available regarding Scott Wyatt Peterson, but there was nothing except news reports on the FBI investigation. I certainly am not complaining about the $10,000 reward, but that makes me feel there's more to this story than first appears.

I'm not sure if it's the reason but it seems he fled from officers and FBI agents.
A guy with a known firearm Wanted for armed robbery that is apparently desperate to not be caught probably increases his danger in their opinion.
P.S. Anyone realize the irony that his name is Scott Peterson?

Could he be top ten potential based on the danger he poses?
Wasn't Scott Peterson (the other one) the one that was responsible for his wife's murder in CA and the dismemberment of another?
The lack of details on these posters does make it hard for us to know exactly what happened.

Scott Peterson is the guy that killed Laci Peterson and her unborn child in California in a very high-publicity case. (She was only missing at first and Scott pretended to be a concerned husband in the media while having an affair with a mistress.)
This Scott Peterson hasn't killed anyone that we know of so I don't know about top 10 potential but he is a new case so who knows. He might fall into that "maybe not a vicious family killer or drug kingpin but still wanted for a felony who would be recognized by public tips" category.

It could go either way but let's hope Wyatt Peterson is brought in soon. |

Peterson's mistress was Amber Frey who didn't know he was married and had an affair with him right around the time Laci went missing. They were able to arrest and charge Peterson in the nick of time because evidence suggested he was about to kill her as well.
But yeah hopefully Scott "Wyatt" Peterson is brought in soon.

No news reports yet but his FBI online poster is now saying that Scott has been captured!
