NAME: Rivera, Arnulfo Gonzalez
DOB: May 25th, 1978
DESCRIPTION: Male, Hispanic,5’ 8” tall, 170 lbs, brown hair,
brown eyes, light complexion
LOCATION: Los Alisos Blvd, Laguna Hills.
VICTIM: Jimenez, Irma Alvarez (39 yrs old)
DATE OF INCIDENT: May 19th, 2000, between noon and 2:00 p.m.

On May 19th, 2000, Irma Jimenez was murdered while cleaning a vacant apartment at the Prado
apartment complex in Laguna Hills. Arnulfo Rivera is a drywaller and was working in a nearby
apartment the day of the incident. A person matching Rivera’s description was seen running
from the area. Rivera left his job site without notifying his supervisor and has not been located
or heard from since.
Rivera is known to have relatives in Los Mochis Mexico, Sonora Mexico and Arizona.

Thoughts? One of the biggest issues in locating Arnulfo Rivera is going to be that we only have a sketch of him, and no actual photo. Without any official identification, I'm even considering the possibility that Arnulfo Rivera is just an alias. At least we know where in Mexico he might be currently hiding out.
