In 1996, the Palm Beach County Sheriff's Department says that Raul Garcia and two accomplices planned a kidnapping while simply driving on an interstate. Their victim would be jeweler Sam Spindel. One of the men hid himself in Sam's car and when he and his wife returned, the three men pounced on him at gunpoint. Sam told the gunmen that they could have the car but Sam was shot to death. Ironically when the now-killers fled, they threw the purse belonging to Sam's wife outside containing $300 worth inside. The fingerprints on the purse became the evidence detectives needed to make their case, now only Raul Patricio Garcia is still at large for Sam's murder.
Based on wanted location, our advice for anyone with information regarding the whereabouts of Raul Patricio Garcia, then contact the Palm Beach County Sheriff's Department at (561) 688-3000.

Thoughts? Sam's family has had to wait far too long to see the last suspect in this case brought to trial. The most tragic detail about this case was that Sam had completely cooperated with the killer's demands, and they shot him to death anyway.
