I'm not sure if this is new and/or we simply didn't see it the first time but Dolce actually has a listing on the Colorado Bureau of Investigations (CBI) website! They still have him listed as "Case Status: Open" as of this update (7/26/2018): apps.colorado.gov/apps/coldcase/casedetail.html?id=291004

I swear I've checked that database before and didn't see his case reference. He's under the directory of "other crimes" which is separate from missing and homicides. I checked from 1986-2000 and there's only two other cases listed under those result, neither of which were fugitive cases. It seems that the Pueblo Police Department made a special request to CBI to get Nicholas Dolce on that page.
