Authorities in Savannah, Georgia say that in November 2014, 2-year old Kiaja Smalls was sleeping in her family's apartment. That night, someone targeted the family apartment and shot at it, the bullets striking and killing Kiaja. Since then there have been no publicized leads to help solve this tragic homicide. Someone in the community knows the identity or involvement of at least one of the killers (usually in cases like this there are multiple offenders), and it's up of them to provide anoyomous information. Obivously Kiaja probably wasn't the target, so it's a key of figuring out why anyone else in the house would be targeted, or even worse if it was the wrong house.
