Most importantly, according to the Dodge City Most Wanted listing, any information regarding the whereabouts of Jesus Manuel Ruiz can be forwarded to Dodge City Crime Stoppers at 620-227-7867.-- Thoughts? I admit there isn't much to work with, but at the very least I wanted to know the year Jesus Manuel Ruiz went on the run and who the victim was. I no longer see Ruiz on the Dodge City most wanted page, but nothing suggests he's been captured as of this update (6/2/2018) either.
If anyone has any updates one way or the other, please feel free to let us know.

We've seen this happen a lot before, but I believe the Dodge City Police Department removed a lot more fugitives from their site than just Jesus Ruiz. The only reason Miguel Solis remains on the website is probably because his case is fairly recent. Really annoying when law enforcement sites do this, especially for a small town like Dodge City that doesn't have that many cases. I mean if Matt Dillon was the modern day sheriff/us marshal, I'm sure he would have kept Jesus on the website until he was located. |
