On July 2, 2006, 19-year old Andy Pellegrino was putting gasoline into his car on the side of the road. While he was doing that, Saul Cortez-Moreno was driving and ended up hitting Andy. He was thrown 150 feet and died from the impact. Saul then fled the scene without trying to provide aid.

Thoughts? The good news is that Saul Cortez-Moreno was born in Oregon, so if he fled to Latin America he would be easier to get extradite. Also Kudos to Washington's Most Wanted for reporting on this case a decade after Saul went on the run. The family of Andy Pellegrino has waited far too long to get justice.
