Honduras is like Venezuela a Central American country going through a bit of a rough time right now. Glad to know it looks like the FBI might actually be in Honduras looking for Flores as opposed to just getting tips on him there.
You'd think this would be the one case where Honduras would go "We don't normally extradite our nationals, but this guy allegedly brutally raped and murdered a 5 year-old girl, f*** that guy."
Hopefully it will eventually be the case.

Hopefully it will eventually be the case. Flores also has an Interpol red notice so Honduras should take him into custody if they stop him or something. www.interpol.int/notice/search/wanted/2007-28416But the possibility of the FBI being in Honduras means that it may be the beginning of the end for Alexis Flores’ days on the run. It may be one of those instances like Fidel Urbina where they are onto him but need to wait for the right time to capture him which I’m hoping that’s the case.

Now before showing this, these AREN’T age progressions done by the FBI, I did them myself with a simple app called FaceApp on the IPhone App Store and decided to make some for Flores after years of not, now my intention isn’t to play around but rather do something that has been long over due. I know age progressions May or may not end up being Flores as of 2018, but hey this case really needs to get solved.

To any readers in Honduras who see his post, I would advise using those faceapp age progressions as an approximate depiction of what Flores would look like today. It's probably not as good as an image the FBI would have access to, but there are probably some similarities with Alexis's current image.

Thank you so much HeadMarshal, I think the public in Honduras should use these apps so they could bring in tips on Flores and close this fugitive case once and for all.

I forgot to mention this, but it’s been officially 11 years since Flores was added to the Ten Most Wanted List and shocking of all, the FBI hasn’t updated his poster since June 2007.

John Walsh has stated numerous times he wants to profile Flores again before he retires for good. I hope he stays true to his word.

I'm wondering if part of the reason Flores hasn't been found yet is because he possibly faces the death penalty in PA. Usually, that can be cleared up by the prosecutors promising not to seek it.

Plus, the defence attorney could argue he was relatively young (25 and under) at the time of that sexual murder, which should further convince prosecutors to sentence Flores to life without parole instead.

You know, I thought towards the beginning when Flores was put on the list that there was a chance he was in the U.S. Reason being, he was here illegally previously. Since there has been information that his family in Honduras is hiding him, I think that possibility is extinct at this point.

Mexico doesnt have the death penalty either and plenty of our fugitives have been sent back here under the agreement that they can't get more than life in prison.
I'm sure the U.S. would just want Flores back and would waive the death penalty if it meant getting Flores back here. (As much as he deserves the death penalty if convicted I'm sure most would rather see him punished somehow than not punished).

Off topic from what his punishment would be, but I wouldn’t be surprised if Flores was murdered by MS13 and/or 18th Street for his crime as they could see him as the low of the low for that and with only 4% of the murders in Honduras end in resolution and conviction, I honestly think he’s living like Donald Webb or dead.
When they got Eric Conn and Honduran stations were reporting about Flores, I felt maybe they’re getting to something and I think they are (which explains why his FBI poster hasn’t been updated).

I dunno, I guess anything is possible but I don't see Flores as dead. I think the problem is he's hiding in some needle in a haystack (which is hard enough in Mexico with all their small villages and towns, let alone a different Central American country) along with extradition complications.
