Charles Anthony Tooma
DOB: 02/10/1964
Tooma is wanted by the US Marshals Fugitive Task Force on a no bail warrant for attempt murder and assault with a deadly weapon. In 1999, Tooma assaulted a victim in Fallbrook which caused severe injuries to the victim, Tooma has been on the run since. His last known residence was in the Temecula area and he reportedly likes to drive expensive cars. Tooma has used multiple aliases and has a significant criminal and violent history including robbery, burglary, auto theft, assault with a deadly weapon, grand theft and forgery. He should be considered Armed and Dangerous. This fugitive case has been an ongoing joint investigation with the US Marshals Fugitive Task Force.
Tooma is a White male, 6-01 tall, 205lbs, brown hair and hazel eyes.

Thoughts? A side note that when I looked up Tooma's warrant in the San Diego warrant search system it said it was from 2006 for whatever reason. However, since it appears he chose to disappear in 1999, I am placing him in the exclusive fugitives from the 1990's section.
