From the FBI profile: "Law enforcement officials are seeking information which will lead to the identification of an unknown individual whom law enforcement refers to as Jane Doe 36. It is believed that this individual may have critical information pertaining to the health and welfare of a child. Jane Doe 36 is not the subject of a criminal investigation and first came to law enforcement's attention in August of 2016. Jane Doe 36 is described as a White female, likely between the ages of 30 and 40 years old. She has long, curly brown hair. In August of 2016, Jane Doe 36 was seen wearing a pink shirt and a pair of black pants with polka dots." Thoughts? It seems that with some recent FBI ECAP profiles, the IJD in question may not be involved in the harming of the child, but appears in a media of investigation as the least compromising image and may know the person doing the harm. www.fbi.gov/wanted/ecap/unknown-individual---jane-doe-36Admin Note #1: According to the fbi.gov website, If you have any information concerning this case, please contact a Crimes Against Children Investigator at your local FBI office, or the nearest American Embassy or Consulate.

It's a good thing the FBI is still publicizing the unidentified internet John/Jane Does. Some of these offenders have never probably never been prosecuted for any offense regarding the victimization of a child. Clues like these could be the only way to get justice for their victims.
