"Law enforcement officials are seeking information which will lead to the identification of an unknown individual whom law enforcement refers to as Jane Doe 36. It is believed that this individual may have critical information pertaining to the health and welfare of a child. Jane Doe 36 is not the subject of a criminal investigation and first came to law enforcement's attention in August of 2016.
Jane Doe 36 is described as a White female, likely between the ages of 30 and 40 years old. She has long, curly brown hair. In August of 2016, Jane Doe 36 was seen wearing a pink shirt and a pair of black pants with polka dots."
Thoughts? It seems that with some recent FBI ECAP profiles, the IJD in question may not be involved in the harming of the child, but appears in a media of investigation as the least compromising image and may know the person doing the harm.
