DESCRIPTION:
On February 4, 1999, Hipolito Gonzalez Prado was driving at a high rate of speed northbound on SR17 at Lemaster Rd when he lost control on the northbound shoulder, rolled, and ejected himself and his passenger. Prado was injured and his passenger died as a result of injuries from the crash. Prado subsequently failed to appear in court for Vehicular Homicide charges.
