From missingkids.org:
On September 29, 2010, the body of an unidentified female was located north of Papago Farms on the Tohono O’Odham Nation Reservation in Pima County, Arizona. It is believed the decedent had been deceased several hours prior to recovery. The decedent had black wavy hair, approximately 20 inches long. The decedent’s fingernails were medium length, trimmed with chipped pink nail polish. The decedent was found wearing a white and purple short-sleeved t-shirt and blue denim trousers (shown above). A clove of garlic was found tucked into the pants waistband. The decedent was also wearing a pair of pink and white sneakers and a yellow metal bracelet. A black sweater, a brown hooded jacket, a white baseball style hat (shown above), a pink striped shirt (shown above) and a black backpack were located near the decedent. The facial reconstruction featured above is an artist’s rendering of what the decedent may have looked like. The clothing photos have been enhanced to aid in the visual identification and may not reflect the original case files. Anyone with information should contact the Pima County Office of the Medical Examiner, reference case number ML10-01930.

Thoughts? The Unidentified wikia website mentions she is nicknamed as Rosa. They also mention that for whatever reason, The NCMEC reconstructed her face, but neglected to illustrate birthmarks on her face. A prominent mole was located on the left side of her upper lip. There were various freckles that were also on her face. Here is their composite sketch of Rosa with those birthmark approximations:
