Authorities in Mollala, Oregon say that on Feb 18, 2007, 18-year old Javier Cruz-Mendoza went to a party in their community. Javier is charged with shooting Abraham Hernandez in the back. Abraham survived his injuries after being taken to the hospital. Javier then fled the party and has been on the run ever since.

Thoughts? Javier Cruz-Mendoza started his first age of legal adulthood by becoming a fugitive wanted for a very serious crime. Someone has to have been helping him during his life on the run for the past nine years. These people may be his fellow gang members or possibly his relatives as well. Hopefully Javier is located before he shoots someone else, if he hasn't already.
