Jose Artemian Rodriguez is wanted for the murder of Hugo Botello-Gonzalez in Weld County. Jose and Hugo were having an ongoing dispute regarding their farm animals. Hugo's dogs had killed some of Jose's chickens which led to them being confiscated. That led to Jose and Hugo having a fight and Jose shot Hugo and Hugo's wife Olga. Paramedics rushed Hugo and Olga to the hospital where Olga survived but unfortunately Hugo died. Rodriguez has resided in California, Colorado and Mexico, and may be in any of those places.

Thoughts? It sounds like this was a powder keg waiting to happen. In the heat of the argument, a scuffle is one thing, but taking a gun and shooting two people is not an act of passion, it's using a weapon you know can kill people. Hopefully we can find Jose before he gets into another dispute which he would use a gun to settle.
