The Missouri Probation & Parole office is on a manhunt for Ronald Rogers. In 1981, Ronald shot and killed Harry Collins outside a bar in the town of Centreville. Ronald was arrested in St. Louis back in 1982 and was convicted. He has since violated his parole agreement and has not been located.

Thoughts? I put 1982 as the wanted year in the thread title since that is when Ronald Rogers was initially arrested, however I am not aware as to when he violated his parole. Hopefully someone can recognize him and teach Ronald that violating parole does not mean you get to remove responsibility for the underlying crime you were convicted of.
