Before he became a man wanted for murder, Nicaraguan immigrant Carlos Gonzalez already had a criminal history for aggravated assault and burglary. On Oct 11, 2000, Miami authorities issued an arrest warrant for Carlos in connection for the murder of 15-year old Eduardo Rodriguez. Carlos had an argument with one of Eduardo's friends a week before the murder. Eduardo had picked up a job application at a local restaurant when Carlos encountered him and gave chase. Carlos then shot Eduardo in the back of the head, killing Eduardo.
According to FDLE wanted persons search, anyone with information regarding Carlos Antonio Gonzalez's whereabouts should contact the Florida reporting agency at (305) 471-1700.

Thoughts? Eduardo Rodriguez was doing the right thing in his life by getting a job application but even then he was shot and killed by Carlos Gonzalez. Back in 2000, authorities were also looking for Carlos's older brother Eduardo (no relation for the victim). There is however no reference for Eduardo in Florida's statewide warrant search, along with no 2010 posting by Interpol where they did post Carlos Gonzalez, and finally there's no entry in Florida's Department of Corrections for him. So it sounds like only Carlos Gonzalez is being sought right now. After 16 years, Carlos probably fled back to Nicaragua where it can be very difficult to extradite nationals of the country.
